2.1. Products delivered via Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) are eligible for a refund or return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

- A formal verification is conducted by an appropriate authority or internal validation team confirming that the license key or activation code remains unused.
2.2. The verification process may take up to 7 business days. Customers will be informed of the outcome once the investigation is complete.
2.3. If the product is confirmed to be unused and ineligible for activation, a full refund will be issued using the same method of payment.
2.4. Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
